Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer (10+ years) Location: San Francisco, CA/Denver, CO (Tue, Wed, Thur onsite) Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities: • Build solutions in Salesforce.com leveraging Force.com, Visual Force, APEX, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs. • Participate in the analysis of requirements for system projects/enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware tools, etc., • Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations, ensuring timely resolution of any production issues right after go-live. • Collaborate with business systems analysts to clarify functional and technical requirements for Salesforce customizations and integrations. • Communicate daily progress and blockers related to Salesforce projects and customizations to the project team. • Collaborate with the DevOps team to plan, coordinate, and execute deployments to production environments. • Write and maintain technical documentation for all projects and processes. • Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Mandatory: • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components. • 5+ years of experience defining systems strategy, and designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions. • Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Search Language) /SOSL (Salesforce Object Query Language) • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, services, and APIs using technologies like Salesforce APIs. • Ability to accurately scope, plan, and estimate the level of effort for tasks, with an appropriate balance of risk and efforts. • Salesforce App Builder and platform Developer I certifications. • Experience working in Agile development environments, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies. • Working knowledge with Salesforce Experience Cloud
