Location:  Hybrid — Strongsville OH , Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Have Technical Skills: 5 years developer role

• Python
• Hands on software development and design
• Experience in version control using Git

Screening Questions:

• Are you really strong and hands on in Python and its data structures (lists/dictionaries/tuples, etc) ? Can you code them anytime without help?
• Have you coded with Object Oriented Programming Concepts in Python extensively?
• Do you have experience working with Parquet files in Python/Spark
• Do you have at least 3+ years experience building and designing APIs in Python?

Roles and Responsibilities: List 3-4 daily duties in order of importance.

• Ability to leverage understanding of business requirements to build optimal solutions.
• Designing, developing and maintaining data processing pipeline in pandas.
• Data analytics of semi-structured and/or unstructured data to address business problems within the Credit Risk financial domain.
• Develop easy to use documentation for the frameworks and tools developed for adaption by other teams
• Provide full operational support – analyze code to identify root causes of production issues and provide solutions or workarounds and lead it to resolution.
• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment and operations support.
• Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Dedicated and committed approach with good communication skills and participation in agile ceremonies.
