Role: UiPath (RPA) Developer 

Location: Santa Ana, CA Locals- Onsite only – No hybrid

Visa: No H1b

Mode of interview: Phone / skype

 

  • Must have 7+ years of UiPath RPA experience.
  • Ability to lead the design and development of RPA solutions using UiPath to automate complex business processes.
  • Prior experience with Power Automate is preferred.
  • Ability to determine the best tool to use (between UiPath, Power Automate, or other automation tools) based on the business use case.
  • Optimize existing RPA solutions for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to assess FBM’s current UiPath environment and provide suggestions for areas of improvement.
  • Ability to perform upgrades on UiPath for both BOT and Orchestrator.
  • Use GitHub (or other version control systems like GitLab, Bitbucket) for source code management.
  • Collaborate with other developers on the team by maintaining clean, organized repositories.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Use tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps to automate the build, testing, and deployment process.
  • Ensure automated solutions are delivered quickly and with minimal manual intervention.
