We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing Java-based applications, and providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and implement Java applications of varying complexity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by implementing best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions and propose solutions to complex problems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to projects as needed.
• Mentor junior developers and help them grow their technical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Java developer, with at least [X years] in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Java programming (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.).
