We have several prospective openings with our Infosys client in St. Louis, MO, for the SCM Lead roles in various modules. These are hybrid positions, requiring onsite presence 2 days a week. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong communication skills and client/business interaction experience.

Please note the following details for the roles:

Roles Available:

1. SCM Lead (OM, PO, INV, PDH)

2. SCM Lead (MFG, QLTY, CST)

3. SCM – PLNG/DP/SNOP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SCM projects across multiple modules including OM (Order Management), Proc (Procurement), Inv (Inventory), PDH (Product Data Hub), MFG (Manufacturing), QLTY (Quality), CST (Costing), PLNG (Planning), DP (Demand Planning), and SNOP (Sales & Operations Planning).

• Act as the primary point of contact for client/business interaction and lead the delivery of project objectives.

• Work in an onsite/offshore model, with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.

• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Own the delivery of the project and take proactive steps to manage blockers and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SCM leadership with deep knowledge of the above-mentioned modules.

• Strong client-facing experience and effective communication skills.

• Candidates must have a strong performance record; profiles with past performance issues will not be considered.

• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and onsite as required.

• Ability to travel 2 days a week to the St. Louis office.

• Must be willing to take ownership and drive project success.
