Requirement 1:     

 

Role : Project Manager

Duration:: Contract Role

 

Role Description:       

Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.

Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.

 

Essential Skills:           

Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management.

Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.

Experience in managing stakeholders. Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.

Analysis, Communication, Conflict resolution, Goal setting, Leadership, Negotiation, Resource management, Risk management, Stakeholder management.

10+ years of total employment

Strong Scrum master with Jira and confluence

Requirement 3:     

 

Role : Splunk Architect

Location:: Berlin, CT:: Onsite ::

Duration:: Contract Role

 

Role Summary:

Design and oversee the implementation of a robust monitoring solution using Splunk for various applications and underlying infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Splunk architecture for IT Application and Infrastructure monitoring

• Define and implement data onboarding, parsing, and field extraction strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring.

• Optimize and customize dashboards, alerts, and reports for AMI applications and infrastructure.

• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards within the Splunk ecosystem.

• Train and mentor the team on Splunk best practices.

 

Essential Skills:           

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Splunk solutions for monitoring of IT Applications and Infrastructure

• Expertise in Splunk Enterprise, Splunk ITSI, and SPL. • Strong knowledge of log ingestion, parsing, and automation.

 

Certifications:

Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect (preferred).
