Role Description:

• Good understanding for ServiceNow workflow and functionalities

• Attending Daily scrum meeting and provide status updates

• Checking ServiceNow system diagnostic data

• Daily check on Transaction logs with Response time, Error Logs and Verifying Auto Refresh Time of users

• Update and notify on Dormant users and weekly ITIL removal for inactive users

• User /Group Access provisioning and administration

• Catalog Form creation and enhancement

• Creating and customizing UI policies, actions, scripts, ACLs, Business Rule and Client script

• Smoke Testing post Upgrades, patching and network maintenance

• Creation of Reports and Dashboards based on business requirement

• Creation of Workflows/Flow Designer

• Analysis of reported issues and fixes

• Deployment of Update Sets

• Day to Day Support and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform.

• Creation and administration of Notifications, Template creation

• Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and achieve solutions under given deadline

• Requirement gathering and providing solutions based on best practices to business user

• Knowledge base document preparation and sign-off with customer.

Requirement 2:

Role : BI Data Visualization, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – Healthcare or Pharmacy Domain

Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Type : Contract

10 & Above years required.

Description:

• Database and T-SQL Development: Design and refine procedures, functions, and T-SQL scripts to enhance database performance and scalability.

• SSIS Package Management: Develop, troubleshoot, and support SSIS packages to streamline data integration and ETL processes.

• Data Visualization and Reporting: Craft, analyze, and maintain Tableau reports to provide actionable business insights.

• Data Handling: Conduct deep analysis, research, and manipulation of large datasets to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

• Cross-Platform Data Integration: Utilize programming skills to seamlessly import and export data across heterogeneous database systems.

• Automated Monitoring: Develop scripts to oversee data integrity within tables and automate the monitoring process for proactive issue resolution.

• Code Repository Management: Oversee the version control of code using tools such as GIT or TFS to ensure seamless collaboration and code maintenance.

• Process Automation: Automate various processes including database deployment, data imports and exports, and overall data handling workflows.

• Database Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure database processes are well-documented and easily accessible for future reference.

• Production Support: Provide timely support and resolution for any production issues, maintaining system stability and reliability.

• Collaborative Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business users, support teams, and developers to collect and understand requirements for database solutions and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in SQL Server database management and T-SQL programming.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SSIS.

• Strong skills in Tableau for data visualization.

Practical knowledge of Power BI for developing interactive dashboards.

• Experience with mid-level database programming and SQL coding proficiency.

• Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of data loading and retrieval processes.

• Proven experience with version control tools such as GIT or TFS.

Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in processing large datasets.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Bash scripting for advanced automation tasks.

Familiarity with additional reporting tools such as SSRS.

• Background or understanding of the healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry.

Role : Data Analyst – (Python, SQL, Data governance)

Location : San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Type : Contract

Description:

Analyst – SQL, Tableau, Python, Cognos

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and gathering data from various sources.
Ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Developing processes for data ingestion and transformation.
Data Processing and Storage: Cleaning, transforming, and validating data.
Implementing data storage solutions (databases, cloud storage, etc.).
May be involved in data security and access control.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Performing data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
Developing data models and reports.
Communicating findings to stakeholders.
Data Archival and Deletion:
Developing and implementing data archiving policies.
Ensuring data retention and deletion according to regulations and business needs.
Documentation and Training: Documenting data processes and procedures.
Policy, procedure, and exception technical writing
Providing training to users on data access and usage.
Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Must be proficient in client Enterprise Data Governance policies, standards, procedures Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is helpful.
Experience with databases and data warehousing technologies.
Knowledge of data modelling and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations.

Under direct supervision of Sr. Data Analysts, organizes ,schedules meetings with key business stakeholders to understand underlying problem statement and synthesize corrective user action
Provides deep-dive analysis into business problems and provide actionable insights for the respective teams
Participates in presentation of reports to key internal or external stakeholders, communicating the key findings
Builds ad-hoc and standard reports and dashboards to drive consistent data-driven insights
Identifies problem statements and creates supplementing data to support problem root cause
Should have proven experience in database design, data-modelling, SQL server etc.
Has prior experience in building statistical models. Usually works with reactive statistical models i.e., develop insights based on historical data such as high performing products in the existing sales mix
Proficient with productivity tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. Understanding on any of the BI tools such as SAS, Tableau, Cognos, etc.
