Position: MuleSoft Production Support
Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months Contract
Client: TCS
Responsibilities:
Provide L1.5 and L2 support work with 8 X 5 on desk support.
Be on-call outside of work hours (weekday/weekend non-business hours) for Priority 1 and 2 incident handling.
Have knowledge of Retail function.
Serve as the primary support and mentor the team.
Qualifications:
At least 3-4 years of experience in MuleSoft production support.
Overall IT experience of 8+ years.
Knowledge of Retail function is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Required Education: At least a bachelor’s degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
