Job Title: MS Power Apps – Chatbot – GCP Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced MS Power Apps – Chatbot – GCP Specialist to join our dynamic team at K-Tek Resourcing. This role is integral to administering and optimizing our Microsoft Power Platform and Google Cloud capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in systems engineering, technology architecture, and application/platform support, with proven expertise in Microsoft and Google Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support the Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connectors.
Manage and maintain Google Cloud capabilities, such as DialogFlow, Agent Builder, and Vertex AI.
Provide technical support and optimization for applications built on Java, .NET, and SaaS platforms, including Azure Cloud and Power Platform.
Offer production support and triage issues effectively to ensure seamless operation of applications and platforms.
Utilize monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Autosys to ensure system performance and reliability.
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, providing training and knowledge transfer where needed.
Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance system functionalities.

Technical Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in administering Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connectors).
1+ years of experience in administering Google Cloud capabilities (DialogFlow, Agent Builder, Vertex AI).
5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
5+ years of experience providing monitoring tools support for applications on Java, .NET platforms, or SaaS platforms such as Azure Cloud or Power Platform.
4+ years of experience in application/platform production support and issue triage.
2+ years of experience with AppDynamics.
1+ year of experience with Splunk.
1+ year of experience with Autosys.
