Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client requirements. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of CRM solutions.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and its modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process design, and functional configuration of Dynamics CRM.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques in the Dynamics CRM ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with configuring Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, views, dashboards, and reports.
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM security model, user roles, and permissions.
