Role: MS Dynamics 365 Architect 

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract Position

Job Description:

· Solution Architecture & Design:

o   Lead the architectural design and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions – specifically Sales Enterprise Edition and possible future Supply Chain Management.

o   Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.

o   Provide strategic guidance on Dynamics 365 implementation, system upgrades, and migrations.

· Integration & Data Management:

o   Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). 

o   Experience with MuleSoft is a plus for integration opportunities.

o   Ensure data integrity, migration, and synchronization across various platforms.

o   Develop data models and establish data governance practices.

· Technical Leadership:

o   Lead a team of developers, analysts, and consultants in delivering Dynamics 365 solutions.

o   Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics implementation.

o   Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and releases in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

· Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

o   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.

o   Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure the system meets organizational needs.

o   Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and project timelines.

· Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Finance & Operations, etc.).
• Experience with customization, configuration, and development on the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Experience in cloud-based deployments and integrations, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Azure services.

• Development Skills:

• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, Plugins, Workflows, and custom reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and SSIS for reporting and integration purposes.
• Experience with integrations to Dynamics 365 – IRM preferred tooling is MuleSoft

• Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, architecture, and design.
• Experience leading and managing large-scale Dynamics 365 projects.

• Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert (or relevant certifications).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (preferred).
