We are currently seeking resources for a client to form a mobile app support team prior to the public launch of their new transit app, available on iOS and Android. This team will be responsible for handling ridership issues and feedback post-launch, providing real-time remediation of backend services, and ensuring seamless user authentication.
The mobile app supports trip planning, real-time updates, and personalized transit assistance. We are looking for candidates with experience in mobile app support, iOS and Android development, and troubleshooting across cloud-based environments.
The ideal candidates will have expertise in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, with a strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd level support, collaborating with client teams and engineering, and ensuring the stability of the production environment. Experience with log monitoring, GitHub, and third-party integrations is highly preferred.
