Job Description :
•At least 8+ years’ experience, ideally within a Data Science role.
•Primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize custom ML/AI algorithms for new and existing applications.
•Broad knowledge of computer vision, NLP, time series forecasting, anomaly detection
•Knowledge of traditional ML algorithms such as, regression, classification, and clustering algorithms
•Knowledge of state-of-the-art deep learning model architectures in the areas of computer vision (NLP would be a plus)
•Experience in implementing and optimizing object detection and instance/semantic segmentation models
•Experience in setting up end-to-end pipelines for model deployment
•Experience in model performance tracking using appropriate KPIs
•Strong fundamentals in Python programming
•Good knowledge of OpenCV, Scikit-image, TensorFlow, Torch, Pillow, numpy, pandas, scikit-learn etc.
•Understanding of SW development cycle, from requirements to testing, integration and delivery
Familiarity with model shrinking techniques for deployment on edge devices with limited footprint
Nice to have:
Experience in process improvement in manufacturing industries using ML/AI

Dual Role
ServiceNow Data Architect – 40%
• Govern demand for inbound/outbound data feed intake and delivery
• Collaboration point between platform, product, EA, and EDS teams to ensure data in ServiceNow is “fit-for-purpose”
• Ensure alignment of data model hierarchy to EA and EDS standards
• Govern quality and certification of data model
• Ensure implementation of SN’s data model remains fit-for-use while aligning to KPMG’s data model (CSDM alignment to KPMG)
• Identify gaps in data model and implement governance for modifications
Integration Architect – 40%
• Creation of TAP/TAP-Lite for integrations
• Oversee creation of integration design documentation
• Coordination with Risk, Security, and Privacy teams were applicable for integration reviews and approvals
• Oversee periodic certification of integrations and APIs
• Collaborate with EA team on integration solutioning while rationalizing OOTB ServiceNow integration patterns
• Coordinate implementation strategy and roadmap for integrations
• Mid server strategy review and governance

Platform Architect – 20%
• Plugin/Capability assessment with product teams and developers to ensure platform remains current with in-use technologies

- Needing a ServiceNow Architect to oversee custom applications on ServiceNow Platform of a prominent global company.
- The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering leveraging App engine studio.
- Responsibilities
- Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.
- Design end to end solutions to customer requirements.
- Service Portal design, often in support of custom applications
- Knowledge of Custom apps/ App Engine.
- Provide support of custom applications development and migration
- Implement ServiceNow in Domain separated instance.
- Support Virtual Agent configuration and development.
- Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules.
- Develop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions.
Must Have Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.

- Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound

- § CIS – ITSM certification

- Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
- Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviews
- Expert in working on Performance Analytics
- Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.
- Knowledge of integration Hub required.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
