We are looking for a Senior MDM Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring high data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in data management, integration, and security.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM solutions to support enterprise data strategies.
• Develop data governance frameworks, including data cleansing, validation, and standardization.
• Integrate MDM with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools, etc.).
• Optimize data matching, deduplication, and survivorship rules.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MDM performance and data quality issues.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data standards and policies.
• Implement security best practices to protect master data.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong knowledge of MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM InfoSphere, TIBCO EBX, or SAP MDG).
• Demonstrated experience with the following CLOUD tools:
  • IDMC
  • CLOUD and ONPREM
  • CAI (Cloud Application Integration)
  • CDI (Cloud Data Integration)

CDQ (Cloud Data Quality

• Demonstrated experience at least one the following ONPREM tools:
  • PC (PowerCenter)
  • IDQ (Informatica Data Quality)
• Proficiency in data governance frameworks and data stewardship principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• End-to-end engineering experience
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Reference 360
• Experience with PowerExchange CDC
• Certifications in MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, IBM, SAP, Reltio).
