Role – Marketo Business Analyst

Location – Remote 

Key responsibilities include:

o   Supporting technical aspects of MarTech platforms that enable data management throughout the prospect lifecycle

o   Providing support for data anomaly inquiries and remediation requests to ensure data hygiene and completeness across the MarTech stack

o   Configuring and maintaining templated programs in-platform to support contact engagements and lead management

o   Developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including use cases and workflows, user stories, data-flow diagrams, etc.

o   Lead efficient meetings to explain relevant technical details to non-technical audiences, and balance collaboration with getting-things-done

Required qualifications:

o   Working knowledge of marketing automation tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and Adobe Workfront for data and process automation

o   Experience using and/or supporting event automation platforms for registration, content, and onsite management

o   Ability to work independently and make informed decisions  in a fast-paced environment

o   Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones, workstreams, and disciplines

o   2-3 years of work experience and BA/BS in related field

Preferred qualifications:

o   Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Syncari, etc. in supporting data integrations
