Note: LS Central Certification is a Must for this position.
Experience: 5+ years
We are looking for assistance in two (2) key areas 1. LS Central Technical and 2. LS Central Implementation for support with setting up new customers.
The skills are very similar except with the technical person we will need a level of proficiency in SQL and with programming for Business Central.

**LS Central Implementation\ LS Technical specific skills:
- Proven experience in LS Retail Implementation, with a strong focus on POS, Backoffice, and Accounting
- Proficiency in installation and management of LS systems, both On-premises and SaaS implementation models.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in integration with LS Retail solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
**System Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize LS Central to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities.
**Integration:
- Integrate LS Central with other third-party systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain data interfaces and APIs.
- Web services and APIs knowledge
**Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
**Training and Guidance:
- Assist in the development of training materials.
**Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central.
- Experience with programming languages such as AL, C/AL, and .NET.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
**Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues related to LS Central.
- Ensure system stability and performance.
