Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with proven experience in the healthcare domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and healthcare operations by analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring technology meets the requirements to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and functional requirements in the healthcare domain.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Solution Design and Evaluation:
- Work closely with IT teams and vendors to design effective solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend innovative solutions and improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and patient care outcomes.
Project Management and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate that solutions meet business requirements and functional specifications.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving issues identified during testing phases.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare industry standards.
Change Management and Implementation:
- Support change management processes by preparing training materials, conducting user training sessions, and providing post-implementation support.
- Monitor and evaluate solution adoption and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
