Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resource Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the utilization of resources, ensuring projects are adequately staffed, and maintaining a balance between resource supply and demand. The Resource Manager will work closely with project managers, department heads, and HR to align resources with organizational goals and project requirements.
Key Role Responsibilities:
The Staffing Manager, a full-time role in the Resource Supply Chain (RSC) organization, reports to the lead Staffing Manager This role focuses on RSC Business Operations, Value Creation for Group IT and Domain Leadership, and People Engagement with Domain leadership, RSC personnel, and support organization leads/peers. Demand Management:
Demand fulfillment through various sourcing channels and to maintain data accuracy for at least 90% of demand, with less than 10% aged over 90 days. Strengthen relationships with stakeholders across Towers, Domains, BUs, and Global RMGs to fulfill demand through all channels, including internal sourcing. Manage the Demand Intake, Qualification, and Validation process. Resource Management & Reporting:
Ensure accuracy of resource management data for at least 90% of the population: R2D2: Capability Unit, Team, Affiliated Community, and all Notes fields. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the required skills for the Domain/Teams you support as well as the skills of the resources you oversee. Provide precise and recurring demand and resource visibility to domain, practice, and function leadership. To ensure accurate reporting, R2D2 should be the single source of truth for all demand and resource data. Working on Monthly forecasting tool
