Looking for an experienced Salesforce developer who is always looking for new ways to solve problems, meet challenges and improve software capability and functionality. The Salesforce developer will design, code, test and implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives. This will include analysis, testing and deployment of new or updated software applications. The Salesforce Developer will work in an Agile Team environment to contribute expertise to the design and build of world-class applications to meet evolving requirements and improve our internal and client-facing Salesforce environment. Candidates should be able to participate in the entire development lifecycle from design through deployment.
Requirements
Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements Salesforce applications.
Troubleshoots production problems related to Salesforce applications.
Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Acts as team leader on projects.
Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.

Skills
Required 11+ years’ experience troubleshooting production problems related to software applications
Required 11+ years’ Software Development Lifecycle experience
Required 11+ years’ requirements gathering and documentation
Required 5+ years’ experience of demonstrated Work Experience with Salesforce Platform as a developer
Required 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Security Models
Required 5+ years’ experience being proficient with Apex, Salesforce Lightning, VisualForce, Native, MySQL and JavaScript
Required 5+ years’ experience’ developing customer-facing user interfaces
Required Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Highly desired Salesforce Developer Certification
Highly desired 11+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
