Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that address business challenges and enhance our clients’ operational efficiency. You will work closely with our technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure that ServiceNow solutions are effectively integrated and optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, translating complex business problems into practical and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice to tech teams and stakeholders on best practices, ServiceNow capabilities, and implementation strategies.
  • Customization & Optimization: Evaluate and recommend the transition from customized solutions to out-of-the-box ServiceNow modules, leveraging the latest ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with their business objectives.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and updates. Leverage your knowledge or connect with our ServiceNow Center of Excellence to guide strategic improvements and ROI enhancement.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow solutions and provide training to technical teams and end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role with a strong track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and best practices. Familiarity with transitioning from customized solutions to out-of-the-box modules is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients in a remote environment.
