Job Description:
•12+ years of extensive experience in SAP project management, Change management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA and other SAP applications
•SAP certification in any of the SAP S/4 HANA modules preferable
•Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades.
•Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW).
•Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
•Experience in planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they align with business objectives
•Lead and manage SAP programs involving multiple projects from initiation to completion.
•Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
•Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
•Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
•Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution.
•Oversee the work of project teams, including SAP consultants and developers,
•Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
•Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
