Position Title: SAP FICO Lead Developer

Location: Sugar Land, TX (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role involves managing a team of developers, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring that SAP FICO solutions meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
