Role: SAP C4C-Techno Functional
Location – Wall, NJ 07719 – REMOTE OPTION with travel to client site in NJ once every 3-4 weeks.
Job Description/ Responsibilities
• We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 14 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Techno Functional including development Testing & Documentation, Scoping, Fine Tuning, Configs, SAP CX Service Core Extensibility, C4C Sales and Integration. Additionally, expertise in Metering Management Customer Relationship Management, and Billing & Payments Management is required
• Lead the design and implementation of functional architectures to optimize business processes. – Techno functional role with SAP C4C Sales and Services.
• Hands on Experience working on Code development as well. – Provide detailed scoping and fine-tuning of project requirements to align with business objectives. –
• Configure SAP CX Service Core Extensibility and Sales core Extensibility to meet specific business needs. –

Responsibilities :
– Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
– Oversee the scoping, fine-tuning, and configuration of SAP CX Service Core Extensibility to meet project requirements.
– Provide detailed documentation and testing plans to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project milestones.
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
– Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.
– Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
– Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
– Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
– Provide training and support to team members on SAP CX Service Core Extensibility and related technologies.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business value.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
– Possess strong experience in Testing & Documentation, ensuring all project aspects are thoroughly tested and documented.
– Demonstrate expertise in Scoping, Fine Tuning, and Configs to tailor solutions to specific business needs.
– Have in-depth knowledge of SAP CX Service Core Extensibility, enabling effective customization and integration.
– Exhibit excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
– Show strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure project alignment and transparency.
