Job Role: SAP Business Process Analyst
Location: Mooresville, IN, 46158] (Onsite
Job Description:
1. Act as the business user representative for Warehouse management related processes, engaging with function owners and business process leaders/SMEs to define and optimize processes leveraging Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms like Blue Yonder and others.
2. Proactively review processes and analyze data to identify opportunities and/or problems, recommending and overseeing actions for improvement.
3. Lead and manage blueprint workshops, working with business function owners to understand requirements and translating them into specifications for the project team.
4. Utilize critical thinking to develop and document test cases and scripts, challenging the system to ensure acceptance criteria are met. Establish test plans and conduct testing with business owners, documenting acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, reporting test results, and driving resolution of defects.
5. Develop training plans for all new applications and lead training initiatives for the functional team.
6. Develop and manage the system roadmap in collaboration with functional leads/management and IT, including prioritization, schedule adherence, performance tracking, and post-delivery value

8. Act as a point of escalation for performance issues, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.
9. Lead or participate in systems project identification and feasibility, design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases of projects.

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in IT, service management, or Business discipline.
2. Experience with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
3. 5+ years of proven Business Process Analyst experience and/or work supporting WMS systems, preferably with expertise in Blue Yonder.
4. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and information quickly.
5. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business. Must be capable of providing training to the organization.
6. Strong program management experience, capable of leading multiple project activities simultaneously and working with internal and external cross-functional groups. Scrum experience is highly preferred.
7. Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and align project deliverables accordingly.
8. Experience in FDA regulated industries and familiarity with CFR 21 Part 11, GMP, SAS, and Sarbanes Oxley regulations is preferred.
