Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Apex, Lightning, and SOQL to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java coding and experience managing Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and SOQL.
  • Write, test, and deploy code to enhance the functionality of Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage and lead Agile development teams, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Maintain and update existing Salesforce solutions to align with evolving business requirements and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning components, and SOQL.
  • Strong coding skills in Java, with the ability to integrate Java-based solutions with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and team management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.
