Job Title: UiPath RPA Developers with Python
Location: Local to Wilmington DE / Philadelphia / Southern NJ / Maryland

Sending an update on these roles. So far all of the candidates are not doing well on the interviews and seem to have problems either with questions surrounding how they handle automation of processes, questions on bots, and Python questions. There are probably 3-4 open roles right now. These are fairly exclusive to us. No Layers allowed.
These roles are with our pharmaceutical client in Wilmington, Delaware. So far the manager has only been interviewing candidates that are local, if they are not in the Wilmington DE, Philadelphia or Southern NJ area he has not selected them for interviews. Could also consider people in Maryland that are close enough to do the onsite commute. Our client is a cancer drug research and development firm.
The people need to be onsite 2 to 3 days a week and it is mandatory.
Looking for Developers profile with UiPath and Python is must, coming to coming at Chadds Ford, PA Or Wilmington, DE 2 to 3 days in a week.
Nice to have PowerBI tool type experience.
- Develop and configure new automations & maintain existing bots using RPA UiPath with core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
- Coordinate and support with offshore teams, and overall software production schedules and processing for assigned projects
- Assist in software development, coding, testing, debugging and implement bots into production
- Assist with test case development and unit testing for a variety of automations with supervision
- Support existing production automations and implementation of automation revisions
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements, testing, RPA Runbook and other design artifacts
- Assist with the maintenance of documentation in the context of a change management process
- Work as part of a team, using approved software development methodology and processes, to assist in the resolution of technical issues
