Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- hands-on experience in QA/Testing.
- Proven experience in manual testing of Guidewire Claim Center software. Guidewire certification in Claim Center is preferred.
- P&C insurance domain concepts and workflows
- Must have work experience in various Manual testing areas – Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing.
- Should have Experience in developing and maintaining overall Test methodology and strategy, creating Test plans, Test cases and executing Tests cases.
- Defect reporting and tracking using any defect tracking tool. ALM/ADO
- Should have experience in analyzing FRDs/BRDs and creating test plan based on it.
- Abilit to manage onshore/offshore and client interactions and stakeholder communication as per the business needs.
- Experience working with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall model.
- Knowledge of Automation would be added advantage.
- Work independently and demonstrate ownership on tasks assigned.
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide status updates and escalate critical issues.
