MUST be strong at architect level with 15+ years

Looking for a Power BI SME to establish the groundwork, with expertise in the following three areas.

  1. Administration
  2. Architecture
  3. Design & Development

 

 

 

Need – PowerBI Architect  

Long Term

Responsibilities:

As a PowerBI Developer your day-to-day work activities will be as follows:

  1. Architect, design, and develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Power BI
  2. Proficient in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and graphical design of Power BI presentation layer to create and design intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to enable data-driven decisions.
  3. Monitor and administrate the Power BI service capacities.
  4. Experience defining BI framework models, semantic layers, and Metadata repositories to support Data governance and administration.
  5. Design and implement caching and performance architecture for Power BI tools.
  6. Convert the existing MicroStrategy dashboards into Power BI dashboards.
  7. Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.

 

Requirements:

The must have skills requirements are below:

  1. Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, Power BI, Paginated Reports, Power BI Service, and Security.
  2. Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports in Power BI.
  3. Experience with Power BI Desktop,Power BI Service, Admin Portal, and and data modelling techniques.
  4. Experience working with source code management tools such as GIT.
  5. Experience with Power BI Deployment Pipelines.
  6. Good to have prior expereince working with Microstrategy
