Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC) software to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of incentive compensation solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Configure Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC) according to business requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand compensation plans and ensure accurate system configuration
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track incentive compensation performance
  • Provide training and support to end users on incentive compensation processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC) system
  • Keep up-to-date with new OIC features and enhancements to optimize system functionality

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC)
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC) certification is a plus
