We are seeking a highly experienced MDM lead/Architect with GoldenSource exp to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Collibra, Collibra Data Quality, Informatica MDM, and IBM InfoSphere MDM. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data assets to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop MDM strategy for Golden source implementation

– Design MDM architecture

– Good knowledge on Data Modeling

– MDM Platform selection

• Evaluate and recommend MDM platforms that meet business requirements

– Solution Implementation and Integration

– Lead the management and optimization of data assets to support business objectives.

– Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Collibra and Collibra Data Quality tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

– Provide expertise in Informatica MDM and IBM InfoSphere MDM to manage master data effectively.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business processes.

– Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity.

– Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.

– Monitor and report on data quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

– Support data stewards and data owners in understanding and utilizing data.

– Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data.

– Drive the adoption of best practices in data management across the organization.

– Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members and stakeholders.

– Provide technical guidance and support for data-related projects.

– Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve data-related issues and challenges. –
