Job Description:

Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have over 8-10 years of experience in the US healthcare sector and proven expertise in working with multi-vendor environments across different time zones. Palantir expertise is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) solutions in healthcare or pharma projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze, design, and implement effective business processes and workflows related to contract management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the US healthcare domain, ensuring that solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize Palantir tools and technologies to enhance data integration, analysis, and visualization (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the US healthcare domain.
  • Proven experience in Contract Life Cycle Management and Contract Decision Management implementation in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and managing cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Palantir technologies is highly desirable.
