Workday Integrations Developer Workday Integrations Developer with experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations. Individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and should be able to own one or more integrations to design, develop and deliver.

 

Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:

At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types like EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio Experience in development of complex reports General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas Good understanding of Workday security Experience in Workday Payroll integrations Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required Good written & oral communication skills and strong team player

 

Good to Have Skillsets: Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage

 

Responsibilities: Work independently or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery Gather requirements and prototype the integrations Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
