Job: Lead Scrum Master (Financial Domain exp)

Description:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple team
- As a Scrum Master, here are some of the duties you can expect to perform in your role.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress
- Lead multiple scrum teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Ability to work with Demand Management to plan the capacity
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Essential Skills:
• Scrum Master role serves as a handling multiple scrum team to define processes, identify process improvement opportunities, to implement new functionality
• Position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to create alignment amongst multiple teams and Stakeholders
• Knowledge in Financial Domain with handling Credit Cards flow is a plus
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is added advantage, but not limited
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• General conceptual understanding of Projects Lifecycle
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Atlassian Products are a plus
Desirable Skills:
Very strong TPM that may even function as a product owner onsite in Las Vegas.
