Job Summary
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create system solutions that support organizational needs. Supports management in the design of processes and metrics for a functional area, leads and prioritizes activities for one or more workstreams, and provides training and guidance to junior analysts.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Partners with internal stakeholders to define business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot system issues, and develop applicable solutions.
Determines, develops, and communicates system enhancements and changes based on empirical analyses.
Manages and executes system enhancement testing with engineering and technology teams to ensure quality, fit to ask, performance, and security compliance.
Ensures software is successfully pushed into production environments and assists with the resolution of launch-related issues.
Communicates with leadership regarding the status and completion of business requirements, test cases, and test execution.
Maintains and analyzes a vendor analysis workbook to assist with the selection of new technology suppliers.
Develops and improves internal processes to refine technologies and create organizational efficiencies.
Leads and directs the work of junior analysts, including providing training, guidance, and feedback on projects and tasks.

Title: Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead
Location: Remote with frequent travel onsite to Jefferson City
Duration/Type of Job: 5 Months Contract
Description:
Conduct Phase 0 workshops (Key Design Decisions, requirements, third party partners).
Lead the effort to design, build and configure Compensation Module
Acting as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Lead in a design that meets the requirements of the client.
Identify conversion objects and possible transformations from Legacy Systems to Cloud.
Identify interfaces needed to support third party systems.
Identify and configure compensation pay elements, programs, grades, steps and ladders needed to meet client requirements.
Identify and configure elements related to variable compensation.
Support Compensation Testing
Support Deployment and hyper care support.

Lead Software Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) / NC / NY
Duration/Type of Job: 12 Months

Job Description:
Software Engineer who will be responsible to build, manage, and automate our end user monitoring infrastructure. You will be working with engineering teams and focusing on automation and improving code deployments.
Duties and responsibilities:
·  Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability.
·  Participate in release, and configuration of production systems.
·  Evaluation of new technology alternatives and vendor products.
·  Pre-production UAT testing for quality assurance.
·  Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
Required Skills:
·  Person should have 5+ years of programming experience on Python or Golang.
·  Proficiency with git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
·  Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation –
·  Deployment experience using Ansible.
·  Experience with production troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
Desired skills:
·  Full stack development experience
·  Aternity End user monitoring or equivalent
·  Tableau or equivalent skills for creating dashboards.
