We are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Salesforce platform.
Position Overview: The Senior Salesforce Developer will be primarily focused on designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications to meet the evolving needs of the business. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Development (90%):
o Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
o Customize Salesforce applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
o Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
o Create and manage complex workflow rules, validation rules, and custom triggers.
o Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other business systems.
o Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
o Implement custom user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce.
o Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business needs.
o Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Technical Leadership and Collaboration (10%):
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
o Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
o Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
o Proven experience in developing and deploying Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
o Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
o Experience with Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules.
o Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Certifications:
o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
o Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
o Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
