• Candidate must have experience with MVVM and Redux.

React Native Onshore Lead where they are looking for someone with at least 10 years of React Native hands on development experience as a technical lead of a mobile app development team.

** they are in urgent need to fill these positions ASAP

The position will be mainly remote with the requirement that they be in Boston for a 3 day planning session once every 4-6 weeks.

React Native Onshore Lead this person does not need to have an eCommerce background, but they must have expert level React Native skills and at least ten years of experience as a technical lead of a mobile application development team. They must be very hands on and will be acting as the team lead for a team of 8 offshore React Natie Developers.

Must haves

12+ years of hands on React Development experience

Deep understanding of React Native including MVVM, API s and Redux

Played a technical lead role for mobile application development team 10+ years

Experience with both Android and iOS development

Ability to provide guidance and direction to offshore development team including doing design work, code reviews etc.
