Job Title: Lead Python Developer – P&C Insurance
Location : San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 9+ Months Contract

We are seeking a Python Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions in the P&C Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, coordinating with offshore teams, engaging with customers, and providing technical leadership in Python-based applications.
- Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Fast API).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Alchemy).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Ability to manage offshore teams, drive collaboration, and ensure project success.
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance concepts, including claims processing, underwriting, and risk management.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
