Title: Lead Application Developer
Location: 100% Remote (team based in Seattle, WA)
Duration: 12 months with high likelihood of extension
Key proficiencies: .NET Core, C#, Microservices, RESTful API development, Kubernetes (or similar techs), Azure suite (Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub)
Bonus points for experience with AWS, Apigee, Data Dog(Must have)
Basic Qualifications ·
7+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
· 2+ years .NET Core.
· 2+ years of experience developing and operating services in one or more of the major cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Azure preferred.
· 5+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
· Strong interpersonal skills. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
· Ability to own the implementation and delivery of large features with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications
· 3+ Azure experience with Cosmos DB, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Event Hub.
· 2+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, RESTful services, and associated performance and security best practices.
· Experience with “breaking the monolith” and services from on-prem to cloud strongly preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure ownership, monitoring and configuration. · Experience operating in a 24×7 production environment.
· Go experience a nice to have.
