Title: Lead IT Business Analyst (Need someone with Healthcare experience)

Contract: W2 AND C2C

Location: Remote (CST – US)

Duration: Long Term

Only USC, H4-EAD

Looking for a senior/lead business analyst, the person who can independently work with the business, developers, and QA to bring system enhancements to production, resolve production issues and problem-solve data issues by researching data

1.                  SQL Skills (rating 3 of 5 or better) and Data analysis experience

2.                  Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), e.g., creating pivots, reports, etc.

Mandatory:

1.                  Experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements, Writing Scrum Stories, and acceptance criteria in a manner a developer/QA would understand

2.                  Experience in doing business design (technical and data flow diagram) by looking at the problem or use case

3.                  Analytical thinking: The ability to break down complex problems and processes.

4.                  Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication.

5.                  Problem-solving: Identifying issues and finding solutions efficiently.

6.                  Detail-oriented: Accuracy and attention to small details.

7.                  Experience working with an agile project management tool like Azure DevOps or Jira

Preferred skills:

1.                  Production support experience (researching and resolving IT issues)

2.                  Project management: Managing time and resources and meeting project goals.

3.                  Business knowledge: Understanding business operations and industry specifics

4.                  Software development, databases, and IT infrastructure knowledge.
