Detailed Job Description:

• Expert in Werum application with In-depth knowledge.
• MES knowledge and shop floor integration.
• Support for L2 L3 support for WERUM PASX MES and enhancement activities.
• Should be able to propose solution to procedures and processes.
• Provide operational support for PasX. Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
• Manage and maintain operational data and reports.
• Work efficiently with the customer and the internal teams, understand the customer's business needs.

Minimum years of experience: 15+ years

Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering

The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Should be able to handle all high critical issues independently.
• Should be able to handle all client calls and interaction.
• Should have good prior working experience in the AMS project.
• Should be able to lead the team from onsite.
