Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Design and Architecture: Develop and implement Virtual Endpoint (VE) solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Deployment and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Omnissa Horizon infrastructure and Cloud Virtual Endpoint environments in the Azure Cloud.
• Management: Oversee desktop pools, application pools, and instant clones.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure the health, performance, and availability of the VE environments through regular updates and patches.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to connectivity, performance, and compatibility.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the VE environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Reporting: Generate reports on VE performance, usage, and capacity planning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of virtual desktops and applications.
• Disaster Recovery: Manage disaster recovery and backup strategies for cloud-based systems.
• Primarily the engineer will be working with our cloud VDI environment to automate image
• build processes, create DR environments in disparate regions from the production regions, and automate the DR flip process.
