Responsibilities:
- KPI Management: Enhance and manage KPI reporting for RCM and Therapy Brands SLT, delivering weekly/monthly dashboards.
- Operational Metrics: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define predictive metrics and drive decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Provide business insights and trends through day-to-day performance analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify performance opportunities through data analysis.
- Reporting Efficiency: Work with IT/Finance to improve data reporting and create a “single version of the truth.”
- Workforce Modeling: Support staffing model development and analysis.
- Business Case Development: Assist in creating business cases for staffing and tooling needs.
