Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to lead and manage projects related to payment gateway implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in the payment industry, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of payment gateway projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product teams, developers, compliance officers, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing project management processes and methodologies, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to payment processing and data security.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field; PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on payment gateway or financial services projects.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of payment processing systems, gateway technologies, and related regulatory frameworks.
Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
Familiarity with digital payment trends and technologies (e.g., mobile payments, cryptocurrencies).
