Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Looking consultant EX- Brightspeed
- Associate should have strong hands on expertise developing and delivering solutions in Data cloud and marketing cloud
- Associate should be able to lead and mentor the team including business interactions with the project stakeholders
- Good experience in Data cloud
- Experience in converting journeys from Adobe to SFMC
- Good experience working on email , In app, sms etc
- Journey development/Configuration, Email template design, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Data extensions, bounce management, user management etc in Marketing Cloud.
- Identify the problem areas and provide recommendations for the future enhancements and solutions based on the business challenges.
- Work closely with IT/Business teams to respond to, proactively identify challenges that can be solved with process improvements.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise language so that the Developers can comprehend the requirements.
