Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in business administration information systems computer science or related field

Proven experience working as a Business System Analyst or similar role with a focus on customer master data management

Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools

Familiarity with data hygiene best practices and strategies

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

Strong understanding of customer master data management including data standardization and data hygiene

Expertise in MDM and customer matching techniques including probabilistic matching and fuzzy matching

Proficiency in SQL
