Job Title:            Oracle EPM Developer

Location:           Malvern, PA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, or Scottsdale, AZ (Locals only)

Job Description:

This is a hands-on, technical developer role focused on Oracle Cloud EPM

The client utilizes Oracle EPM (Enterprise performance management) Cloud for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and leverages AWS Cloud technology to run nightly and monthly build processes within Oracle EPM. This role is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of these build jobs that are built using AWS Cloud & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure efficient and reliable operation of these processes, contributing to the overall performance and optimization of the financial systems.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in implementing Oracle EPM technologies, including:

• Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) (Projects, Workforce, Capital, Financials)
• Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
• Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Implementation: 1+ full life cycle Hyperion EPM Implementation
• Project Experience: EPM Suite of Products 11.x
• Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of cloud-based SaaS and PaaS market offerings

Technical Skills:

• Ability to create complex business rules and integrate with source system
• Development Skills: Experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboards, and Business Rules
• Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather requirements, plan delivery, and assess risks
• Scripting: Technical knowledge for writing custom consolidations, translation logic, business rules, Data Management, and EPM Automation
• Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation (both functional and technical)
• Agile Methodologies: General understanding
• Training: Provide training and documentation for supported applications
• Additional Skills: Python/.ksh experience (preferred)

Candidates should have experience configuring specific EPM Cloud modules, especially:

• Workforce Planning (EPBCS)
• EDM
• Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)
• Don't need to be experts in all 3. If they are strong in 2/3, that is fine

Scripting/Integration:

• Python scripting experience is a bonus
• Knowledge of OIC (oracle integration cloud) and working with OIC integrations is critical

Tools/Platforms:

• Experience with Jira is a plus
• Should be familiar with cloud based enterprise performance management environments
