Overview:
We are seeking a talented SharePoint Consultant with Graphic Design Skills to assist in organizing, designing, and streamlining the information and processes for our client.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
SharePoint Expertise:
· Proven experience in SharePoint site configuration, content management, and user management.
· Knowledge of SharePoint 2016/2019/Online features including libraries, lists, web parts, and permissions management.
· Graphic Design Skills:
· Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
· Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and user interface best practices.
· Process Optimization:
· Experience designing and automating workflows within SharePoint.
· Knowledge of forms management and document routing for approvals and feedback.
· Communication and Collaboration:
· Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly.
· Ability to train and support non-technical users on SharePoint tools and features.
