Oracle Database Engineer L3

·       Resource should have experience on administration, operation and support of on premise & Cloud Database Operations

·       Experience & Subject matter expert knowledge required on Oracle, AWS RDS Oracle and secondary skills on one are more of the following DB2, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, AWS RDS MySQL, MSSQL

·       Should have Operational experience on

·       IT Operation Management (Incident, Problem & Change) related activities

·       Monitoring of Database & HVR. Table/Schema refresh using HVR

·       HVR / GG replication monitoring

·       User creation & Permissions Management

·       CyberArk integrations knowledge & CyberArk onboard Process

·       Data refresh using Bulk Upload utility, Database Decommission Process

·       Certificate setup & renewal, SSL cert renewals

·       Patching & Upgrades

·       Database cloning, Data archival and purging

·       Configure database backups

·       DB Migration On-Prem to Cloud

·       Maintain SOP for all technical activities

·       Should have experience on Automation & Scripting

·       IAC, Terraform, CloudFormation, DevOps

·       Should have understanding on Database Architecture, Design & Implementation

Database Operational Engineering

·       Resource should have experience on administration, operation and support of on premise & Cloud Database Operations & Engineering

·       Experience & Subject matter expert knowledge required on MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Couchbase, AWS RDS Oracle, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, AWS RDS MySQL, MSSQL

·       Optimize and manage the database infrastructure and services

·       Create and maintain implementation plans for database platforms and set a benchmark to the design engineering

·       Performing due diligence & assessments with trending technologies & provide solutioning in improving the environment efficiency

·       Tuning and optimizing platform performance, including with respect to changes (i.e., additions, removals and modifications)

·       Provide support for new database patch testing and release

·       Administer and maintain database security, integrity, and optimization

·       Should have experience on audit and compliance tasks across database platforms

·       Collaborate and perform database & middleware POC for cross platform migrations as per customer's request and mutually agreed timelines

·       Build and test POC solutions across database & middleware platforms
