Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP TM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and recommend best practices.
- Configure and customize SAP TM modules including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, and Carrier Collaboration.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP, EWM, and GTS.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Deliver user training and develop comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM project implementations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management processes including freight planning, carrier selection, and freight costing.
- Experience with SAP TM functional modules like Order Management, Freight Planning, and Freight Settlement.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP integration and knowledge of EWM, GTS, or other related SAP modules is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide expert advice on SAP GTS best practices.
- Perform system design, configuration, testing, and support during project implementation.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for system configurations and business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP GTS modules to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP GTS project implementations.
- Strong expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference domains.
- Good understanding of supply chain management processes.
- Experience with SAP GTS E4H is a plus.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, LE) is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
