Job Description:

This position is for Software System Administrator who will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the Health Services ESB to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting the interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub. Admin will work under the direction of Customer Services, Cross matrix teams to support and complete the tasks necessary for the MDHHS Enterprise ISA technical team. The resource is integral to supporting and improving automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM/SUITE compliance, and securing the applications. As a team member, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects. The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Health Enterprise Service Bus. Not having a System administrator on staff will delay ongoing and future project work within the area and lead to inability to deliver on prioritized enhancements and maintenance of all major applications.

• Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases.
• Responsible for overall system design
• Review and approve system design for new use cases.
• Responsible for overall code and configuration
• Review and approve code deliverables.
• Coach and mentor developers
• Code applications, interfaces, modules, components, and reports
• Complete testing plan and checklists
• Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables.
• Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components, and reports.
• Perform knowledge transfer to state staff.
• Create technical documentation.
• Document and maintain the Incident Response Plan (IRP)
• Document, track and resolve technical exception requests (TRB)
• Document and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
• Responsible for Health Service ESB’s SSP / ATO / POAMS
• Follow configuration management processes implemented.
• Vendor support for Rhapsody licensing and software
